We give our guests plenty of privacy but are available nearby if you need anything.

Estate La Colina in Tempe, AZ, offers a serene suburban escape with easy access to urban conveniences. Nestled amidst picturesque desert landscapes, the neighborhood boasts a strong sense of community and seamless connectivity to highways, ASU, shopping, and local culture. A car is the most convenient mode of transportation in the area, ensuring easy access to local attractions. Uber services are readily available for hassle-free travel. Bus stops are within a 5-minute walk, and the nearest light rail station is located 3 miles away, offering additional options for getting around.

❖ HOUSE RULES ❖

• All types of smoking are strictly prohibited inside the home including vaping and e-cigarettes. We charge a $300 fee PLUS the entire cost of deep cleaning and restoring the property to its smoke-free condition.
• No parties or large gatherings. No more than 6 people are allowed in the home at any given time unless prior permission has been granted.
• Quiet hours are 10pm - 7am. Please respect our neighbors and community and avoid loud outdoor speakers at all times.
• Keep trash in trash bins. If they are full, a trash bin is in the alley behind the house.
• Pets are not allowed inside the home. We’re unable to make exceptions. We charge an additional $300 cleaning fee if our team finds any evidence of pets in the home without prior permission.
• Please return all games to their original spot (ping pong paddles, balls, cue sticks, etc. Our team charges for any items missing upon check out.
• Report all damage, regardless of its nature or extent. While accidents are understandable, reimbursement may be requested based on the item and extent of damage.
• Respect our check out time. Failure to adhere to the check-out time may result in fees as this disrupts arrangements for our next guest.
