A note about our pool:
• The pool can be heated for an extra fee of $75/night.
• We recommend heating the pool October-May. The rest of the year is plenty warm for swimming.
• We require at least a 3-day notice before your arrival if you'd like the pool heated.
• Pool must be heated for the entirety of your stay.
• We heat the pool to 85 degrees if paying for pool heat.

HOUSE RULES:

1. Absolutely no parties. We want to be extremely respectful of our neighbors. You will be asked to leave without any refund if there are any reports of noise or partying.

2. No more than 14 people are allowed in the home at any time

3. Quiet hours are 10pm-8am. No loud music or outdoor noise is allowed during this time. We are in a family-friendly neighborhood, so please be respectful of our neighbors.

4. No tape, thumbtacks, or hanging decorations on the walls.

5. We have a zero tolerance NO SMOKING policy. Smoking of all kinds not permitted inside the house. If any evidence of smoking is found, we charge a minimum $500 fee PLUS the cost of restoring the home to its original smoke free condition.

6. NO dogs or pets of any kind. We love pets, but to maintain our high cleaning standards and accommodate guests with allergies, we have a strict no-pets policy.

7. Pool Safety: The pool is not fenced and is 10 feet deep. There is no lifeguard on duty. Swim at your own risk and consider this when deciding if the home is a good fit for your group.

Out of respect for our neighbors and community, parties are strictly prohibited. We enforce a 14-guest maximum at all times. We have a zero-tolerance policy for excessive noise or neighborhood disturbances, which will result in immediate removal without a refund.

• Quiet Hours:
Quiet hours are 10 PM - 8 AM. No loud music or outdoor noise is allowed during this time. We are in a family-friendly neighborhood, so please be respectful of our neighbors.

• Pool Safety:
The pool is not fenced and is 10 feet deep. There is no lifeguard on duty. Swim at your own risk and consider this when deciding if the home is a good fit for your group.

• No Smoking or Vaping:
Smoking or vaping of any kind is not allowed inside the home. If evidence is found, a $400 fee will be charged, plus the cost to return the home to a smoke-free condition.

• No Pets:
No pets of any kind are allowed. A $400 fee will apply if evidence of pets is found.
